Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Create More retains ownership of its proprietary processes, templates, methodologies, software, and internal systems. Upon full payment, ownership of completed project deliverables transfers to the client, excluding any third-party software, licensed assets, or proprietary tools.

If Create More provides website hosting or website management services, clients are responsible for maintaining active payments. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of hosting services after reasonable notice.

While Create More uses industry best practices to help clients grow their businesses, we cannot guarantee specific marketing results, including search engine rankings, website traffic, lead generation, advertising performance, revenue increases, or social media growth. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Create More shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services directly related to that claim.

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, OpenAI, payment processors, website hosting providers, and other software vendors. Create More is not responsible for outages, account suspensions, policy changes, or technical issues caused by these third parties.
